This paper aims to explore the construction of a food safety management system based on Internet of Things technology,achieving real-time monitoring and management of food production,transportation,and sales processes,and analyzing its applications in food safety supervision,traceability,and risk warning.This paper introduces the basic principles and characteristics of the Internet of Things technology,analyzes the advantages of the Internet of Things technology in food safety management,and discusses the structural framework of the food safety management system based on the Internet of Things technology,including sensor and embedded system deployment,data storage and management module,data early warning and traceability query module and remote monitoring module.
