食品小作坊存在的问题及对策

摘要 食品小作坊是我国发展个体经济、促进收入增长、实现灵活就业的有效手段,更是中华饮食文化的重要传播方式,能够充分满足人们的生活饮食需求,不仅关系着民生问题,还影响到饮食文化的传承与市场经济的发展。通过对食品小作坊进行深度分析,可以发现食品小作坊普遍存在产品受众集中、经营地点集中且生产产品集中的特点。由于小作坊自身的局限性,使其在生产过程中存在一定的食品安全问题。本文通过对食品小作坊的现有问题加以重视并积极探究解决对策,可为充分保障小作坊食品安全及食品小作坊可持续、高质量发展提供参考。 Small food workshops are an effective means to develop individual economy,promote income growth,and realize flexible employment in China.They are also an important communication mode of Chinese food culture,which can fully meet people’s dietary needs.They are not only related to people’s livelihood issues,but also affect the inheritance of food culture and the development of market economy.Through in-depth analysis of small food workshops,it can be found that small food workshops generally have the characteristics of concentrated product audiences,concentrated business locations and concentrated production products.Due to the limitations of small workshops themselves,there are certain food safety problems in the production process.By paying attention to the existing problems of small food workshops and actively exploring solutions,it can provide references for fully guaranteeing the food safety of small food workshops and the sustainable and high-quality development of small food workshops.
