内部审核是食品检测实验室用来确定管理体系满足内部审核准则的程度所进行的系统的、独立的并形成文件的过程。为了确保实验室工作的准确性和可靠度,提升实验室的整体管理水平,本文详细阐述了食品检测实验室内部审核的定义、重要性以及内部审核方法等。掌握正确的内部审核方法可以有效地发现实验室工作中存在的问题和潜在的风险,及时采取纠正措施,提高实验室的质量水平。
Internal audit is a systematic,independent and documented process used by food testing laboratories to determine the extent to which management systems meet internal audit criteria.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the laboratory work and improve the overall management level of the laboratory,this paper expounds the definition,importance and methods of the internal audit of the food testing laboratory.Mastering the correct internal audit method can effectively discover the problems and potential risks in the laboratory work,take corrective measures in time,and improve the quality level of the laboratory.
