Analysis of Vegetable and Fruit Supervision and Sampling Data in Yiling District,Yichang City from 2018 to 2023

随着食品安全意识的增强,人们越来越重视水果蔬菜的农药残留超标问题。本文对2018—2023年宜昌市夷陵区内生产、流通、经营环节的蔬菜水果抽检监测数据进行分析,重点讨论了抽检中发现的农药残留问题,分析不同年份、不同种类蔬菜水果农药残留合格率的差异及原因,并提出相应的控制措施,为监管机构加强农产品安全监管提供数据支持。

With the enhancement of food safety awareness,people are paying more and more attention to the problem of excessive pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.This paper analyzes the sampling and monitoring data of vegetables and fruits in the production,circulation and operation in Yiling district of Yichang city from 2018 to 2023,focuses on the pesticide residue problems found in the sampling,analyzes the differences in the pesticide residue qualification rate of vegetables and fruits in different years and different types of vegetables and fruits and the reasons for the differences and puts forward the corresponding control measures,to provide data support for regulatory bodies to strengthen the supervision of agricultural product safety.
