摘要
参照《食品安全国家标准食品中黄曲霉毒素B族和G族的测定》(GB 5009.22—2016)采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定花生油中黄曲霉毒素含量,根据检测过程确定数学模型,并对不确定度进行评定。结果表明,测定花生油中黄曲霉毒素的相对扩展不确定度为0.0384,测定结果为(1.1435±0.0439)μg·kg^(-1),置信水平为95%,包含因子k=2。影响测定结果的主要不确定度来源是标准溶液浓度、加标回收率、样品重复性测定。
The aflatoxin content in peanut oil was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with reference to GB 5009.22—2016,and the mathematical model was determined according to the detection process and the uncertainty was evaluated.The results showed that the relative extended uncertainty for the determination of aflatoxin in peanut oil was 0.0384,and the result was(1.1435±0.0439)μg·kg^(-1)with a confidence level of 95%and inclusion factor k=2.The main sources of uncertainty affecting the results were the concentration of the standard solution,spiked recoveries,and the sample repeatability of the determination.
