摘要
通过对2020—2022年中山市发酵面制品、粉丝粉条、米粉制品、油炸面制品共4类餐饮食品中5种食品添加剂的合格率进行统计分析,了解这4类餐饮食品中食品添加剂的使用情况,为食品监管提供有效建议。结果表明,粉丝粉条及油炸面制品中含铝食品添加剂和米粉制品中的脱氢乙酸的使用存在较为突出的问题,需要重点关注。
Through statistical analysis of the qualification rate of five food additives in four types of catering food in Zhongshan city from 2020 to 2022,the article understands the use of food additives in these four types of catering food and provides effective suggestions for food supervision.The results showed that the use of aluminum containing food additives in vermicelli noodles and fried noodle products and dehydroacetic acid in rice noodles products had prominent problems,which should be focused on.
