食用油中苯并(a)芘测定能力验证结果分析

Analysis of Proficiency Test Results for the Determination of Benzo(a)prene in Edible Oils

摘要 依据《食品安全国家标准食品中苯并(a)芘的测定》(GB 5009.27—2016),采用液相色谱法测定食用油中苯并(a)芘的含量,对本实验室苯并(a)芘检测能力进行验证,并对实验结果进行分析讨论。两份能力验证样品检测结果均为满意,说明本实验室苯并(a)芘检测能力良好。 According to GB 5009.27—2016,the content of benzo(a)pyrene in edible oil was detected by liquid chromatography.The detection ability of benzo(a)pyrene in our laboratory was verified,and the experimental results were analyzed and discussed.The results of the two proficiency verification samples were satisfactory,indicating that the laboratory’s benzo(a)pyrene detection ability was good.
