香樟超氧化物歧化酶提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用超声波辅助热变性及有机溶剂分级沉淀法从香樟籽中提取超氧化物歧化酶,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究香樟超氧化物歧化酶的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,香樟籽中超氧化物歧化酶的最佳提取工艺条件为物料固液比1∶25(g∶mL)、超声时间3 min、水浴温度55℃、热变时间20 min。该提取条件下,香樟籽中超氧化物歧化酶的酶活性为1471.3 U·mL^(-1),可为以后提取更多、更廉价的超氧化物歧化酶提供一定的依据。 Ultrasound assisted thermal denaturation and organic solvent fractionation precipitation were used to extract superoxide dismutase from the seed of Camphora officinarum.The optimal extraction process of Camphora officinarum superoxide dismutase was studied through single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimal extraction process conditions for superoxide dismutase in the seed of Camphora officinarum were a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g∶mL),ultrasound time of 3 min,thermal transformation temperature of 55℃,and thermal transformation time of 20 min.Under this extraction condition,the extraction rate of superoxide dismutase in the seed of Camphora officinarum is the highest,with an enzyme activity of 1471.3 U·mL^(-1),which can provide a certain basis for extracting more and cheaper superoxide dismutase in the future.
