摘要
桃过敏会给人们的正常生活造成不良的影响。近年来,随着水果过敏研究的深入,桃过敏研究取得了较为明显的进展。本文在分析水果过敏的基础上,对目前国内外关于桃过敏发生条件、桃过敏症状、桃过敏原蛋白及桃过敏防治4个方面的研究情况进行综述,为了解桃过敏研究现状提供了相关资料参考。
Peach allergy can have adverse effects on people’s normal lives.In recent years,with the deepening of research on fruit allergies,significant progress has been made in the study of peach allergies.On the basis of analyzing fruit allergies,this article reviews the current research on the conditions for peach allergy occurrence,peach allergy symptoms,peach allergen proteins,and peach allergy prevention and treatment both domestically and internationally,providing relevant information and reference for people to understand the current research status of peach allergy.
