农业是维持社会稳定、促进经济发展的关键性基础要素,在推进社会经济全面进步的过程中,需要重视农业规划,推进农业产业升级,有效提高农业当中的农田水利灌溉工程建设优化程度,保障农业发展命脉的生命力,从而大幅提升农业经济水平。为了有效节约水资源,在农业种植规模逐渐扩大的背景条件下,引入合适的节水灌溉技术手段势在必行。分析了节水灌溉技术类型,从农业发展角度阐述了农田水利节水灌溉工程建设管理的重要性,结合实际问题,有的放矢地提出了行之有效的建设管理优化对策,以供参考。

Agriculture is a key fundamental element in maintaining social stability and promoting economic development.In the process of promoting comprehensive social and economic progress,it is necessary to attach importance to agricultural planning,promote agricultural industry upgrading,and effectively improve the optimization process of farmland water conservancy and irrigation engineering construction in agriculture,in order to ensure the vitality of the lifeline of agricultural development and significantly improve the level of agricultural economy.In order to effectively save water resources,it is imperative to introduce appropriate water-saving irrigation techniques in the context of the gradual expansion of agricultural planting scale.In view of this,the article analyzed the types of water-saving irrigation technologies,expounded the importance of construction and management of agricultural water conservancy and water-saving irrigation projects from the perspective of agricultural development,and then proposed effective optimization strategies for construction and management based on practical problems for reference.
