摘要
PDCA质量管理的整体策略能够应对建设和运行过程中的各种不确定因素,并通过4个阶段的循环实现对问题的快速响应、改善和创新,从而实现气象台站业务流程标准化和可持续发展。基于此,列举了漳州市气象局在智能供配电系统建设和区域站升级改造中应用PDCA循环模式的实践,取得了良好成效。
The overall strategy of PDCA quality management can address various uncertain factors in the construction and operation process,and achieve rapid response,improvement,and innovation to problems through a four stage cycle,thereby improving the standardization and sustainable development of meteorological station upgrading business processes.Based on this,an example was given of the application of PDCA cycle mode in the construction of intelligent power supply and distribution systems and the upgrading and renovation of regional stations by the Zhangzhou Meteorological Bureau,which achieved good results.
