以广西巴马瑶族自治县的气象灾害防御工作和公共气象服务为例,探讨了气象灾害防御和公共气象服务之间的关系及其现状。介绍了国内外气象灾害防御与公共气象服务的现状和成果,以及气象灾害防御工作与公共气象服务之间的关系,从气象监测、预警和应急处置三个方面分析了公共气象服务在气象灾害防御中的作用,分析了中国气象灾害防御工作和公共气象服务存在的问题,提出了加强巴马瑶族自治县气象灾害防御和公共气象服务的建议,更好地服务于公众的生产和生活。

This article taked the meteorological disaster prevention work and public meteorological services in Bama County,Guangxi,China as an example to explore the relationship and current situation between meteorological disaster prevention and public meteorological services.The article first introduced the current status and achievements of meteorological disaster prevention and public meteorological services at home and abroad,as well as the relationship between meteorological disaster prevention work and public meteorological services.Then,it analyzed the role of public meteorological services in meteorological disaster prevention from three aspects:meteorological monitoring,early warning,and emergency response.Taking Bama County,Guangxi,China as an example,the current situation and existing problems of meteorological disaster prevention and public meteorological services in China were elaborated.Finally,suggestions were put forward to strengthen meteorological disaster prevention and public meteorological services in Bama,Guangxi,China,in order to better serve the production and life of the public.
