摘要
聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)、聚乳酸(PLA)和热塑性淀粉(TPS)复合体系是最常见的全生物降解塑料配方体系,在通常情况下,需加入扩链剂以提高三者的相容性,进而提高材料的力学性能和加工性能。采用均匀设计实验法设计了66个配方,PLA、PBAT、TPS和扩链剂的组分比例分别为5%~85%,5%~85%,5%~50%和0%~0.5%,通过数学建模法建立了“配方-拉伸强度”模型、“配方-断裂伸长率”模型和“配方-熔体质量流动速率”模型,在模型中选择配方位点即可输出对应的性能参数,为开发材料配方提供了快速且可靠的方法。
The composite system of polybutylene terephthalate(PBAT),polylactic acid(PLA),and thermoplastic starch(TPS)is the most common fully biodegradable plastic formula system.In general,chain extenders need to be added to improve the compatibility of the three,thereby improving the mechanical and processing properties of the material.66 formulas were designed using the uniform design experimental method,with component ratios of PLA,PBAT,TPS,and chain extender ranging from 5%~85%,5%~85%,5%~50%,and 0%~0.5%,respectively.A"formula tensile strength"model,a"formula elongation at break"model,and a"formula melt flow rate"model were established through mathematical modeling.The corresponding performance parameters can be output by selecting the formula site in the model,providing a fast and reliable method for developing material formulations.
