一种含氟类聚酰亚胺的合成与表征综合实验设计

摘要 主要针对辽宁科技大学应用化学专业实验项目设计了含氟类聚酰亚胺的合成与表征的综合设计性实验。通过实验设计了含氟芴基二胺9,9-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基苯基)芴的方法,再加入不同比例不同种类的三胺,与CBDA聚合生成聚酰胺酸溶液,涂膜、热酰胺化得到含氟的聚酰亚胺薄膜,并通过红外、DSC、拉伸强度、透光率来对聚酰亚胺薄膜进行表征。添加含氟基团可以提高聚酰亚胺的性能,使其有更广阔的应用。 A comprehensive design experiment on synthesis and characterization of fluorinated polyimides was designed for the experimental project of Applied Chemistry of Liaoning University of Science and Technology.This paper mainly introduces the synthesis of fluorinated polyimide.A kind of fluorinated diamine 9,9-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)fluorenewas designed through experiments,and different triamines in different proportions were added to polymerize with CBDA to generate polyamido acid solution,film coating and thermal amidation to obtain fluorinated polyimide film.The polyimide film was characterized by IR,DSC,tensile strength and light transmittance.The addition of fluorine-containing groups can improve the properties of polyimides and make them more widely used.
