早期龋变牙釉质的透射电镜能谱分析

摘要 随着人民日益增长的美好生活需要的提高,大众对牙齿健康、牙齿美容等口腔卫生的要求也日益普及、日渐增长,对龋齿结构、龋变机理以及如何预防等研究仍不失为值得关注的课题。本研究作者利用球差矫正场发射透射电子显微镜(FEI Titan G 260-300,能谱仪型号为Oxford X-Max N 80T)对健康牙釉质、龋变牙釉质和牙结石(龈上牙石)组成成分(特别是P/Ca原子数量比)进行探究,后利用SPSSAU(Version 23.0)进行统计学分析。 Dental care,cosmetic teeth,and other oral health care are widely accepted and getting ever-increasing concern,as better life being an ever-growing expectation of the people in China.The study of caries structure,carious mechanism,and caries management receives publicity as always.Aberration-corrected high-resolution transmission electron microscope(FEI Titan G 260-300)equipped with X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(hereinafter referred to as EDS)was employed in investigating the composition of healthy tooth enamel,carious tooth enamel and tartar,and the statistical analysis were performed by SPSSAU(Version 23.0).
