摘要
针对常规酸液反应速度过快,高滤失性,高污染性,开发了一种ADSA环保固体酸,并在某气田碳酸盐岩储层中酸化应用。对该环保固体酸进行了酸性质、溶蚀性质和缓蚀性质测定。研究发现,40%用量的ADSA环保固体酸与20%盐酸的酸度相当。90℃条件下,40%ADSA固体酸水溶液在水解105 min时酸浓度达到最大值21.45%,对大理石块的溶蚀率可达到75%,与同等条件下20%盐酸溶蚀率相当,但ADSA环保固体酸残液偏中性,对环境污染较小。在0.3%缓蚀剂配合下,40%ADSA固体酸溶液的缓蚀可达到产品技术要求。ADSA环保固体酸在某气田碳酸盐岩储层酸化作业后,施工井日产气量可达56269 m^(3)/d,酸化增产效果明显。
In response to the rapid reaction rate,high loss of filtration,and high pollution of conventional acid solutions,a type of ADSA eco-friendly solid acid was developed and applied in the extension of gas field carbonate reservoirs.The acidity,solubility,and retarding properties of this eco-friendly solid acid were measured.It was found that the acidity of 40%ADSA solid acid is equivalent to 20%hydrochloric acid.Under the conditions of 90 degrees,the acid concentration of a 40%ADSA solid acid solution reached a maximum of 21.45%after hydrolyzing for 105 minutes.The solubility rate of marble blocks can be up to 75%on ADSA solid acid,equivalent to that over 20%hydrochloric acid under the same conditions.However,the residue of ADSA solid acid is neutral,resulting in less environmental pollution.With the cooperation of 0.3%retarding agents,the retarding effect of the 40%ADSA solid acid solution can meet product technical requirements.After the ADSA eco-friendly solid acid was used in the acidizing operation of the carbonate reservoir in a certain block of a extended gas field,the daily gas production of the operating well can reach 56,269 cubic meters per day,showing a significant increase in production.
