摘要
LNG(液化天然气)作为一种新兴的清洁能源,目前广泛应用于双燃料船舶,对海洋环境起到了重要的保护作用,但LNG作为一种超低温燃料,具有温度低,易燃易爆的特性,在常温环境下极易气化蒸发,这就对运输LNG的燃料管路的强度以及柔性提出了极高的要求。本篇文章利用CEASARII应力分析软件对双燃料船舶储罐TCS管路中的低温管路进行了应力分析,基于规范对管路一次应力、二次应力、偶然应力以及管路支架进行了校核。通过对上述研究内容的梳理总结,有助于应力分析工程师更好地了解低温管路应力分析的相关技术要点。
LNG(liquefied natural gas),as an emerging clean energy,is widely used in dual-fuel ships and plays an important role in protecting the Marine environment.However,as an ultra-low temperature fuel,LNG has the characteristics of low temperature,inflammable and explosive,and it is easy to vaporize in normal temperature environment.This puts forward extremely high requirements for the strength and flexibility of the fuel pipeline for transporting LNG.In this paper,CEASARII stress analysis software was used to analyze the low temperature pipe in TCS pipe of dual fuel ship storage tank,and the primary stress,secondary stress,accidental stress and pipe support were checked based on the code.Through the summary of the above research content,it is helpful for stress analysis engineers to better understand the relevant technical points of low-temperature pipeline stress analysis.
