摘要
某石化企业由于脱硫的胺液在使用过程中时因胺液发泡严重导致脱硫效果变差以及再生能耗增大等问题,采用常规的吸附过滤、离子交换等胺液净化工艺后并未取得预期效果,后采用减压蒸馏净化工艺后实现了胺液复活,胺液发泡高度和发泡时间削减90%以上,MDEA单耗降低10.67%,蒸汽单耗降低18.24%,年节约蒸汽和胺液费用436.3万元。
During the use of amine solution for desulfurization in a certain petrochemical enterprise,severe foaming of amine solution resulted in poor desulfurization effect and increased regeneration energy consumption.Conventional purification processes such as adsorption filtration and ion exchange did not achieve the expected results.After using vacuum distillation to purify amine solution,amine solution was revived.The height and time of amine solution foaming were reduced by more than 90%,MDEA unit consumption was reduced by 10.67%,and steam unit consumption was reduced by 18.24%,annual cost savings of 4.363 million yuan in steam and amine liquid.
