This paper introduces the operation of the transformer oil production device of a domestic company after the whole process start-up in 2020,and compares and analyzes the optimization and adjustment according to the market,energy consumption and product quality.Combined with the existing process technology and operation problems of the device,the improvement measures are put forward,which points out the direction for the subsequent transformation of the device.
