摘要
根据导管架的建造特点,通过对历史数据的测量、统计、分析、总结,提出拉筋预制执行公差,并针对各类型的拉筋制定了不同的公差标准,采用新标准后大大降低了组对时对接口的修口率,提高了导管架组对和焊接的质量精度和施工效率,同时更加合理的控制了导管架整体建造精度,规避质量风险,为后续导管架建造及误差研究提供了指导。
Based on the construction characteristics of the jacket,through the measurement,statistics,analysis,and summary of historical data,the execution tolerance of tie bar prefabrication is proposed,and different tolerance standards are formulated for each type of tie bar.The adoption of new standards greatly reduces the repair rate of interfaces during assembly,improves the quality accuracy and construction efficiency of jacket assembly and welding,and more reasonably controls the overall construction accuracy of the jacket to avoid quality risks,Provided guidance for subsequent jacket construction and error research.
