摘要
设计一种恶臭及油烟浓度在线监测仪防护装置,并描述其监测防护方法。该监测仪防护装置不仅能够通过防护罩对在线油烟浓度监测仪进行机械防护,而且还能够通过开动电机带动活塞杆转动,利用液体箱内的清洗液进行喷射,从而对防尘网上的油污进行周期性的机械清洗。清洗后的清洗液通过出水口流至过滤箱内,通过过滤箱过滤后的液体进入水箱,从而可以循环使用。箱体内底部安装的弹簧和双侧翼形配套的斜体滑竿结构,可以对外界压力进行机械性缓冲,从而对油烟浓度在线监测仪进行保护。设备内置抽气泵,可有效保障测试样品的稳流状态,同时,外罩空心桶上的进风板通过斜体引风的结构设计,能够保证在线监测仪的测试进风量,从而实现实时有效监测,避免因油烟管道流体负压引起样品失真或没有样品的情况,也很好地保证了在线监测的测试准确度。
Design a protective device for online monitoring of oil fume concentration and describe its monitoring and protection methods.The protective device of this monitor can not only provide mechanical protection for the online oil smoke concentration monitor through a protective cover,but also drive the piston rod to rotate by starting the motor,using the cleaning liquid in the liquid box for spraying,thereby periodically cleaning the oil stains on the dustproof net.The cleaned cleaning solution flows into the filter box through the water outlet,and the filtered liquid enters the water tank through the filter box,which can be reused.The spring installed at the bottom of the box and the slanted sliding rod structure matched with both wings can mechanically buffer the external pressure,thereby protecting the online monitoring instrument for oil fume concentration.The built-in air pump of the equipment can effectively ensure the stable flow state of the test sample.At the same time,the intake plate on the hollow barrel of the outer cover is designed with a slanted structure to ensure the test intake air volume of the online monitoring instrument,thereby achieving real-time and effective monitoring,avoiding sample distortion or absence caused by negative fluid pressure in the oil fume pipeline,and also ensuring the accuracy of online monitoring testing.
