俄罗斯心理健康教育发展研究

Development on the Mental Health Services under the Challenging Circumstances in Russia

本文在总结俄罗斯儿童和青少年的心理健康状况及相关政策发展历程的基础上,通过分析相关政策和措施,重点探讨了俄罗斯学校和社会为儿童青少年及其家庭所提供的心理健康服务,以及信息化手段在俄罗斯心理健康服务的创新发展中的有效应用。研究不仅揭示了俄罗斯中小学面临的多重心理健康教育挑战,也展示了其通过政策立法支持逐步改善和发展心理健康服务的决心。此外,本研究梳理并总结了俄罗斯儿童青少年心理服务支持的现状,希望对我国中小学心理健康服务的建设和发展提供一定的启示。

This article provides an overview on the mental health status of children and adolescents in Russia and reviews the development of relevant policies.Additionally,we focus on exploring the mental health services provided by schools,families,and society in Russia,as well as the measures taken response to the COVID-19 pandemic.Furthermore,this article discusses how digital tools have facilitated the innovative developments in mental health services in Russia,as well as the psychological well-being and the support for gifted children.Overall,this research not only reveals the multiple mental health education challenges faced by Russian primary and secondary schools,but also demonstrates its determination to support the gradual improvement and development of mental health services through policy and legislation.In addition,this study reviews and summarizes the current status of psychological service support for children and adolescents in Russia,aiming to provide some inspiration for the construction and development of mental health services for primary and secondary schools.
