关于推进普通高校开展老年教育的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Elderly Education in Colleges and Universities

目前我国老龄化问题日趋严重,普通高校拥有优质、丰富的教育资源,在开展老年教育中具有优势地位和作用。普通高校开展老年教育能更好延伸其社会服务功能,助力解决当前老年教育供求矛盾,推进老年教育向高质量发展。当前,在我国人口老龄化背景下,为促进普通高校更好开展老年教育,可采取以下推进举措:一要完善政策法规支持,让制度来保驾护航;二是增加经费投入,增设专门机构部门;三是履行社会服务职能,增强参与意识;四是健全校社合作机制,优化校社合作方式;五是完善办学质量评价体系,提升老年教育质量。

The problem of aging in China is currently becoming more and more serious,and ordinary colleges and universities have high-quality and rich educational resources,which have a dominant position and role in carrying out education for the elderly.The elderly education in ordinary colleges and universities can better extend its social service function,help solve the current contradiction between supply and demand in it,and promote high-quality development of it.In the present context of China's aging population,in order to promote the better development of elderly education in ordinary colleges and universities,the following measures can be taken:(1)improving the support of policies and regulations to escort it,(2)increasing the input of funds and setting up special agencies and departments,(3)performing social service functions and enhance the sense of participation,(4)improving the school-community cooperation mechanism and optimizing the school-community cooperation mode,(5)improving the evaluation system for the quality of running schools and promoting construction through evaluation.
