复方炔诺酮片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果

Effects of compound norethisterone tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in treatment of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的:观察复方炔诺酮片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月该院收治的140例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各70例。对照组采用醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合复方炔诺酮片治疗,比较两组止血效果,治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平,性激素指标(促黄体生成素、雌二醇、睾酮)水平,以及生命质量[简明健康状况量表(SF-36)]评分。结果:研究组完全止血时间和控制出血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组促黄体生成素、雌二醇和睾酮水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、3个月后,研究组SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方炔诺酮片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者可提高生命质量评分和血红蛋白水平,缩短出血时间,降低子宫内膜厚度和性激素指标水平,效果优于单纯醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of compound norethisterone tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:140 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to this hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected for the prospective study.They were divided into control group and study group by using the random number table method,70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets,while the study group was treated with compound norethisterone tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The hemostatic effects,the endometrial thickness,the hemoglobin level,the sex hormone index(luteinizing hormone,estradiol,testosterone)levels,and the quality of life[short form health survey(SF-36)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The complete hemostasis time and the bleeding control time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol and testosterone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Furter,after 1 and 3 months of treatment,the SF-36 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compound norethisterone tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding can improve the quality of life scores and the hemoglobin levels,shorten the bleeding time,reduce the endometrial thickness and sex hormone index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets treatment.
