银丹心脑通软胶囊联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片和阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果

Effects of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsules combined with Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets and Aspirin Enteric-coated tablets in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察银丹心脑通软胶囊联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片和阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年1月该院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血流变学指标(血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度)水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组上肢FMA、下肢FMA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:银丹心脑通软胶囊联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片和阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑梗死患者可提高治疗总有效率和FMA评分,降低血流变学指标水平和NIHSS评分,效果优于单纯硫酸氢氯吡格雷片和阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsules combined with Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets and Aspirin Enteric-coated tablets in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with Aspirin enteric-coated tablets,while the observation group was treated with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsules on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the hemorheology index levels(plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity),the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the upper limb FMA and lower limb FMA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsules combined with Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets and Aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of the patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the FMA scores and reduce the hemorheology index levels and the NIHSS scores.Moreover,it is superior to Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets and Aspirin enteric-coated tablets treatment.
