宣肺通窍汤联合中药熏蒸治疗肺气虚寒型慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果

Effects of Xuanfei Tongqiao decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis of lung-qi deficiency cold pattern

目的:观察宣肺通窍汤联合中药熏蒸治疗肺气虚寒型慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年6月该院收治的115例肺气虚寒型CRS患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=57)和观察组(n=58)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加宣肺通窍汤联合中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:在常规治疗基础上增加宣肺通窍汤联合中药熏蒸治疗CRS患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分和炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯常规治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Xuanfei Tongqiao decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis(CRS)of lung-qi deficiency cold pattern.Methods:The clinical data of 115 patients with CRS of lungqi deficiency cold pattern admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=57)and observation group(n=58).The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Tongqiao decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than 84.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:On the basis of routine treatment,Xuanfei Tongqiao decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of the CRS patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factor levels.Moreover,it is superior to single routine treatment.
