Practice and Experience of Clinical Pharmacists'Involvement in Anti-Infective Treatment

目的:探讨临床药师参与抗感染治疗的药学服务工作模式,为开展药学实践提供参考。方法:通过临床药师药学服务工作实践,总结药学实践体会,并为临床药师工作方向提出具体建议。结果:临床药师建立了多角度的抗感染思维,针对患者病情进行了必要的药学干预,参与药品不良反应的辨别处理、药敏结果的正确解读及抗感染治疗方案的制定等,取得了较为满意的治疗效果。结论:临床药师应当充分发挥药学专业优势,同时加强微生物学思维与临床思维,结合患者具体病情和特点给出个体化用药方案建议,从而在临床团队中充分体现临床药师的价值。

Objective:To explore the pharmaceutical care pattern of clinical pharmacists who are involved in anti-infective treatment,so as to provide reference for pharmaceutical practice.Methods:Through the practice of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists,summarize the experience of pharmacy practice,and put forward concrete suggestions on work direction for clinical pharmacists.Results:Clinical pharmacists contributed to satisfactory therapeutic effect through their anti-infective thinking patterns over multiple angles,necessary pharmaceutical intervention according to the patients'conditions,involvement in the identification and treatment of adverse drug reactions,correct interpretation of susceptibility test results,and the determination of treatment plan.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists should make the utmost of the professional advantages of pharmacy,cultivate microbiological thinking and clinical thinking,and provide individualized medication recommendations according to actual conditions and characteristics,so as to fully play their roles in the clinical team.
