医用防护服的可重复使用性能研究进展

Research progress on reusable performance of medical protective clothing

针对新冠疫情期间医用防护服废弃物处理困难,存在二次污染和危害环境的问题,对医用防护服的洗消标准、常用消毒灭菌方式(压力蒸汽灭菌、环氧乙烷灭菌、辐照灭菌、含氯消毒液灭菌、75%酒精灭菌)等进行总结。在对国内外医用防护服标准比较分析基础上,从防护性能、物理机械性能、舒适性能3方面对市场上常见的3种非织造布类医用防护服消毒灭菌后的性能变化及可重复使用性能进行评价,评价指标主要包含耐静水压、过滤效率、抗合成血液穿透、透湿率、断裂强力。最后,针对当前非织造布类医用防护服可重复使用性差的问题,提出意见和建议。

In order to solve the difficulty of the disposal of medical protective clothing waste potential secondary pollution and environmental harm during the COVID-19 epidemic,the standards for washing and commonly used disinfection and sterilization methods of medical protective clothing,including pressure steam sterilization,ethylene oxide sterilization,irradiation sterilization,chlorine-containing disinfectant sterilization and 75%alcohol sterilization,are summarized.Based on the comparison and analysis of the standards for medical protective clothing,the performance changes and reusability of three kinds of nonwovens medical protective clothing after disinfection and sterilization were evaluated from the three aspects of protection performance,physical and mechanical performance,and comfort performance,including hydrostatic pressure resistance,filtration efficiency,anti-synthetic blood penetration,moisture permeability,tensile strength.Finally,suggestions were proposed to solve the problem of poor reusability of non-woven medical protective clothing.
