AIGC技术在水电行业的应用前景探索

摘要 2023年2月,《数字中国建设整体布局规划》正式发布,该《规划》指出,应培育数字经济核心产业,推动数字技术和实体经济深度融合,在能源等重点领域加快数字技术创新应用。作为国民经济的基础支柱产业,水电行业的数字化、智能化、智慧化建设显得尤为重要。然而,目前该行业的传统应用系统主要关注流程和管控,缺乏有效的智能化技术手段,无法高效处理和应对信息的快速增长和数据孤岛。而通过利用AIGC技术,水电企业基于自身的业务需求对来源更广的信息进行深度加工,将形成的高质量企业知识应用于企业经营中,从而满足水电站智能运行、维护管理、智能调度决策等高级应用需求,降低水电站的运营成本,提高经济效益,进一步发挥信息的价值以推动水电行业的数字化转型升级。 In February 2023,the"Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China"was officially released.The"Plan"pointed out that core industries of the digital economy should be cultivated,the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy should be promoted,and the innovative application of digital technology should be accelerated in key areas such as energy.As the basic pillar industry of the national economy,the digital,intelligent,and intelligent construction of the hydropower industry is particularly important.However,the current traditional application systems in this industry mainly focus on processes,management,and control,lacking effective intelligent technical means and being unable to efficiently process and respond to the rapid growth of information and data islands.By using AIGC technology,hydropower enterprises can deeply process information from a wider range of sources based on their own business needs and apply the highquality corporate knowledge formed in corporate operations to meet the needs of intelligent operation and maintenance of hydropower stations.Advanced application requirements such as management and intelligent dispatching decision-making can reduce the operating costs of hydropower stations,improve economic benefits,and further leverage the value of information to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of the hydropower industry.
