摘要
某抽水蓄能机组采用低损耗推力轴承系统,降低损耗约30%以上,该技术的原理是通过降低推力油槽内润滑油的液位,减少推力油槽内转动部件的搅油损耗,从而达到降低推力轴承总损耗的目的。本文以某机组参数为例,进行了理论计算,同时开展了验证性试验。试验结果和理论计算具有一致性。试验证明了低损耗推力轴承的设计原理正确,可以减少推力轴承搅油损耗。该技术方案最终成功应用于电站,运行效果良好,具有推广价值。
A low loss thrust bearing system is used in a pumped storage unit,which reduces the loss by more than 30%.The principle of this technology is to reduce the total loss of thrust bearing by reducing the lubricating oil level in the thrust oil tank and the oil stirring loss of rotating parts in the thrust oil tank.In this paper,the parameters of a unit are taken as an example,and theoretical calculation is carried out.The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical calculation.The test results show that the design principle of the low loss thrust bearing is correct and the oil mixing loss of the thrust bearing can be reduced.The technical scheme has been successfully applied to hydropower station,and the operation effect is good,and it has the value of popularization.
