摘要
本文以李家峡水电站400MW蒸发冷却水轮发电机定子带绕组整体吊装为例,详细介绍了吊装流程,并通过有限元计算完成了定子带绕组整体吊装变形情况校核。以定子挠度、圆度为主的前后测量数据表明,整体吊装流程和有限元校核计算手段可有效保障水轮发电机定子吊装前后安装质量,可为同类型机组工程安装提供参考。
This article takes the overall lifting of the stator winding of the 400MW evaporative cooling water turbine generator at Lijiaxia Hydropower Station as an example,introduces the lifting process in detail,and verifies the deformation of the overall lifting of the stator winding through finite element calculation.The pre and post measurement data,mainly focusing on stator deflection and roundness,indicate that the overall lifting process and finite element verification calculation methods can effectively ensure the installation quality of hydro generator stator before and after lifting,and can provide reference for the installation of similar units in engineering.
