Not losing old things:an analysis of the historical logic of the application and development of modern Chinese military Wushu(1925-1945)

运用文献资料法和历史与逻辑相统一的方法,以宏观历史视角,纵向从北伐战争时期、北伐后至抗战爆发前和抗战爆发后三个阶段,横向从中国共产党和国民党各自领导下的两支武装力量,全面梳理出近代中国军队武术的历史发展脉络。研究发现,民国时期中国军队对武术的应用与发展是中华武术史上的一个重要转折,尤其当抗战爆发后,在抵御外侮、强国强种的时代背景下,中国军队武术的技术革新突破了传统的桎梏,成为中华武术近代化转型的重要节点。

Using the method of documentation and the unity of history and logic,from a macro historical perspective,vertically from the Northern Expedition war period,after the northern expedition to the outbreak of the war of resistance and after the outbreak of the war of resistance,and horizontally from the two armed forces under the respective leadership of the Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang,this paper comprehensively combs out the historical context of the development of modern Chinese military Wushu.The study found that the application and development of Wushu by the Chinese Army during the Republic of China was an important turning point in the history of Chinese Wushu.Especially after the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan,under the background of resisting foreign humiliation and strengthening the country,the technological innovation of Chinese military Wushu broke through the shackles of tradition and became an important node in the modernization of Chinese Wushu.
