工程教师能力结构的国际比较研究

An International Comparative Study of Engineering Teachers’Competence Structure

为迎接新一轮产业革命的挑战,“新工科”建设不仅要思考“工程人才需具备哪些能力、如何培养这些能力”等问题,还要思考“工程教师需具备哪些能力、如何培养这些能力”等问题。文章以工程教师能力结构的建构为研究问题,围绕内容指标、结构形态、创建方法及践行路径,对国际上六个组织机构的工程教师能力结构进行分析,提出工程教师能力结构建构内容指标要全面,结构形态要清晰,创建方法要科学及践行路径要多样。

To meet the challenges of the new industrial revolution,Emerging Engineering Education should not only consider“what competences should engineer talents have and how to cultivate these competences”,but also consider“what competences should engineering teachers have and how to cultivate them”.To answer questions regarding how to construct engineering teachers’competence models,this study compares seven international classical engineering teachers’competence models from content,structure,method,and approach.The implications include:the content indicator should be comprehensive,the structure should be clear,the method should be scientific,and the approach should be diversified.
