摘要
新兴技术在塑造未来社会方面发挥着关键作用,但也带来了更多复杂的技术和道德挑战,鉴于此,将工程伦理教育融入工程师培养过程已成为各国的广泛共识。美国普渡大学的“支架式、整合式和反身式分析”工程伦理教学框架因其能够显著提高学生的伦理推理能力,曾入选由美国国家工程院评选的25项工程伦理教育典范。文章在借鉴普渡大学工程伦理教育经验的基础上,结合我国工程伦理教育现状,提出了加强多学科融合的课程开发与教学团队建设,完善中国特色的工程伦理教学支持体系,构建工程伦理教学效果评估方案等建议。
Emerging technologies play a crucial role in shaping the future of society while bringing about increasingly complex technical and moral challenges.Therefore,many countries have reached a broad consensus to incorporate engineering ethics education into the training of engineers.Purdue University’s“Scaffolded,Integrated,and Reflexive Analysis”(SIRA)for engineering ethics pedagogical framework was selected as one of 25 exemplary programs by the National Academy of Engineering in the United States due to its significant contributions to improving students’ethical reasoning abilities.Drawing on its experience,this article proposes to further enhance China’s curriculum development and teaching team-building efforts through interdisciplinary collaboration while taking into account the unique characteristics of engineering ethics education.In addition,it seeks to refine China’s engineering ethics teaching support system with Chinese characteristics and develop an evaluation scheme to measure the effectiveness of engineering ethics education.
