安宁疗护应用于老年肿瘤终末期患者中的临床效果实践

目的探讨安宁疗护应用于老年肿瘤终末期患者中的临床效果。方法选择2021年1月-2022年12月我院收治的老年肿瘤终末期患者108例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各54例。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上实施安宁疗护干预。比较两组干预前后心理应激水平、生命态度、生活质量及自我感受负担变化情况。结果研究组干预后焦虑、抑郁、压力评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后生命态度评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后照护负担、家庭负担、经济负担、心理及情感负担评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安宁疗护应用于老年肿瘤终末期患者中可减轻患者心理应激反应及自我感受负担,改善生命态度,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of tranquility therapyon elderly patients with end-stage tumors.Method 108 elderly end-stage tumor patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.The patients in the control group received routine therapy,while the research group received palliative care interventions on this basis.Compare the changes in psychological stress level,life attitude,quality of life,and self perceived burden between the two groups before and after intervention.Result After intervention,the anxiety,depression,and stress scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the life attitude scores of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of care burden,family burden,economic burden,psychological and emotional burden in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of palliative care in elderly patients with end-stage tumors can reduce their psychological stress response and self perceived burden,improve their attitude towards life,and enhance their quality of life.
