健侧完全侧卧位进食干预对减少脑卒中吞咽障碍患者误吸的效果评价

Effect of Complete Lateral Decubitus on Health Side Feeding Intervention on Reducing Aspiration in Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的探讨健侧完全侧卧位进食干预对减少脑卒中吞咽障碍患者误吸的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月-12月我院收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采取健侧完全侧卧位进食护理,对照组采取自觉舒适的体位进食护理。比较两组误吸发生率及出院率。结果观察组刺激性呛咳、发音异常和气促的误吸症状发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出院率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健侧完全侧卧位进食干预简便、安全,可减少脑卒中吞咽障碍患者误吸的发生,提高出院率,可应用于临床。

Objective To investigate the effect of eating intervention in full lateral decubitus on stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods Using convenient sampling method,80 stroke patients with dysphagia who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of general practice and Rehabilitation of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 as research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.Under the guidance of nurses,patients in the observation group took the healthy side of the full lateral position to eat,patients in the control group took the conscious comfortable position to eat,respectively compared the incidence of aspiration symptoms and discharge rate of patients in the two groups.Results The incidence of aspiration symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the discharge rate was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The complete lateral position of healthy side feeding intervention is simple,safe,can reduce the incidence of aspiration in stroke patients with dysphagia,improve the discharge rate,and has the value of popularization and application.
