海南地区3~14岁人群乳酸脱氢酶参考区间分析

Reference interval of lactate dehydrogenase among 3-14-year-old population in Hainan

目的建立海南地区3~14岁人群乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)参考区间。方法选取2020年12月—2021年9月海南省妇女儿童医学中心行健康体检的3~14岁人群36945名,检测血清LDH水平。按年龄和性别进行分组比较。采用百分位数法建立3~14岁人群LDH的参考区间。比较建立的参考区间与成人LDH参考区间的差异。结果3~14岁人群不同年龄段LDH水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。6~14岁年龄段不同性别少年儿童LDH水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初步建立不同年龄、性别的LDH参考区间。建立的3~14岁人群LDH参考区间与成人参考区间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论初步建立了海南地区3~14岁人群的LDH参考区间。现行的成人LDH参考区间不适用于3~14岁人群。

Objective To establish the reference interval of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)among 3-14-yearold population in Hainan.Methods A total of 36945 subjects of 3-14-year-old were enrolled from December 2020 to September 2021,and serum LDH was determined.According to age and sex,the reference interval of LDH in 3-14-year-old population was established by percentile method.The difference between established reference interval and adult LDH reference interval was compared.Results There was statistical significance for age in 3-14-year-old population(P<0.001).There was statistical significance in LDH levels between males and females of 6-14-yearold(P<0.05).LDH reference intervals of different ages and sex were established.The established LDH reference interval of 3-14-year-old population had statistical significance from that of adults(P<0.001).Conclusions The LDH reference interval of 3-14-year-old population has been established.The current LDH reference interval for adults is not applicable to 3-14-year-old population.
