摘要
近年来,随着地方铁路专用线工程的增加,不可避免地涉及到公铁平交道口的设计。目前道口信号控制系统通常遵循铁路路权优先的设计原则,但是在一些企业自管自维的专用线项目中,企业对铁路运输效率的要求不高,更注重对周围环境的影响和保证公路方向通行的安全,甚至在某些特殊条件下可以取消铁路的路权。该文结合在建工程公铁路权的实际需求,研究一种特殊场景下铁路路权优先切换为公路路权优先的道口信号控制系统方案。首先通过对在建工程道口实际条件的阐述,提出道口处路权切换的需求。然后构思3种情景下的道口设备控制过程和路权切换过程,并研究确定适用于货车的道口设备布置方案和控制逻辑设计方案。最后对路权切换的效果进行分析。该文的研究成果对类似工程的设计具有参考作用。
In recent years,with the increase of local railway private line projects,it is inevitable to involve the design of highway and railway level crossings.At present,the crossing signal control system usually follows the design principle of giving priority to railway rights,but in some special line projects of self-management and self-maintenance,enterprises do not have high requirements for railway transport efficiency.pay more attention to the impact on the surrounding environment and ensure the safety of highway traffic,and even cancel the railway right of way under some special conditions.According to the actual demand of the public railway right of the project under construction,this paper studies a scheme of the crossing signal control system in which the railway right is switched to the highway right first in a special scene.First of all,through the exposition of the actual conditions of the crossing under construction,this paper puts forward the need for the switching of road rights at the crossing.Then the control process of crossing equipment and the switching process of road rights under three scenarios are conceived,and the layout scheme and control logic design scheme of crossing equipment suitable for freight cars are studied and determined.Finally,the effect of road right switching is analyzed.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the design of similar projects.
