摘要
昆仑桥位于山东淄博市孝妇河,原桥由于年代较久且部分功能已无法满足现行标准,为融入当地文化,拟新建一座钢箱系杆拱桥,跨径布置为(7.125+33.75+7.125)m。新桥采用双向6车道布置,钢系杆外侧设置2~3 m变宽人行道。为适应桥面板双向受力且横向为主的受力特点,选用轻柔的密横梁正交异性钢桥面板体系。总体设计合理。主要阐述新昆仑桥的设计特点、构件连接、各关键工况钢构件验算与主要计算成果,并简要介绍施工要点。
Kunlun Bridge is located in Xiaofu River,Zibo City,Shandong Province,because the original bridge has been old for a long time and some functions can no longer meet the current standards,in order to integrate into the local culture,it is proposed to build a new steel box tied arch bridge with a span of(7.125+33.75+7.125)m.The new bridge is arranged with six lanes in both directions and the sidewalk is widened by 2~3 m on the outside of the steel tie bar.In order to adapt to the two-way and lateral stress characteristics of the bridge deck slab,a soft orthotropic steel bridge deck system with dense crossbeam is selected.The overall design is reasonable.This paper mainly describes the design features,component connection,checking calculation and main calculation results of steel components under key working conditions of the new Kunlun Bridge,and briefly introduces the main points of construction.
