Research on the High-quality Development of Enterprises Empowered by Party Building and Co-construction

开展党建共建是相关党组织之间共享党建资源、共同提高党建质量的创新举措,是促进党建工作与生产经营深度融合、实现各方协同发展的有效途径。在总结近年来中国石化各级党组织开展党建共建实践的基础上,分析了开展党建共建的价值意义、内生动力、存在问题,并针对不同党建共建类型,提出可操作性较强的工作举措,形成深化党建共建的实践启示,对在企业之间、行业之间、产业之间、企地之间及企业内部相关党组织之间深入开展党建共建,营造内外和谐、携手共进的发展环境,推动企业高质量发展具有重要借鉴意义。

To carry out Party building is an innovative measure to share resources and improve the quality of Party building,and is an effective way to promote the deep integration of party building work and production and management,and to realize the coordinated development.On the basis of summarizing the practice of Party building and co-construction of Party organizations at all levels in Sinopec in recent years,the value of Party co-construction,endogenous power,existing problems are analysed.According to different Party co-construction types,more operable work measures are proposed,forming practical enlightenment of deepening party building co-construction.It is of great significance to carry out in-depth Party building and co-construction among enterprises,industries,industries,enterprises and relevant party organizations within enterprises,create a harmonious and hand in hand development environment inside and outside,and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
