镦拔工艺对支承辊心部压实效果模拟分析

摘要 以83 T锭型钢锭生产的支承辊锻造压实过程为模拟对象,将生产现场几种镦粗及拔长辅具组合,在同一工艺参数下,进行多组压实工艺数值模拟,分析锻件心部等效应变与Q值参数。结果表明:在悬漏式镦粗漏盘与1500KD拔长辅具组合下,锻件心部等效应变状态最好、Q值最大,压实效果更好,有助于锻合锻件心部缺陷。 This paper simulates the forging and compaction process of the Back-up roll produced by 83T ingot,combines several upsetting and drawing tools for simulation of compaction process values while using the same process parameter to analyzes the equivalent strain and Q value of the core of the forging.The results show that most favorable equivalent strain and largest Q value of the core of the forging can be achieved by combining the hanging type upsetting disc and the 1500KD drawing tool,by using this method,better compaction can be achieved and core defects can be reduced.
