基于智能移动终端的现场动平衡远程测试系统

摘要 设计一款远程测试系统。以智能移动终端为上位机,接收、计算并显示由以STM32F407单片机为核心的下位机,通过ESP32无线传输模块,使用MQTT协议上传,并经过EMQX服务器转发的振动数据,实现远程动平衡测试目的。该系统不受时间、地域限制,用户可以在有网络覆盖的地方用手机浏览、获取数据。实验表明,该系统具备高度准确性和实时性,有望应用于动平衡检测领域,为技术人员提供更灵活、高效的远程测试解决方案。 In this paper,a remote testing system is designed,with the intelligent mobile terminal as the host computer,it receives,calculates and displays the vibration data uploaded by the slave computer with STM32F407 microcontroller as the core through the ESP32 wireless transmission module using the MQTT protocol and forwarded by the EMQX server to realize remote dynamic balance test.The system is not subject to time and geographical restrictions,and users can browse and obtain data with mobile phones in places with network coverage.Test results show that the system is with high degree of accuracy and real time characteristic,and is expected to be applied in the field of dynamic balance test to provide technicians with more flexible and efficient remote testing solution.
