分层叠加法在组织分析和设计中的应用

摘要 为了更好地分析和设计织物组织,针对二重、夹芯、双层等纱线具有上下层叠关系的织物提出分层叠加法,根据织物自身具有的纱线上下层叠空间关系,以不同色相的深浅色组来表示不同织物层的经纬纱线,依次从下层、夹层到上层逐层叠色绘制。分别以织物CAD和Photoshop(PS)为应用条件介绍分层叠加法的绘制方法,并举例说明该方法在织物组织分析和设计中的应用。使用织物CAD绘制时,由下往上依次叠加画出里层纱线及其交织规律、连接线、表层纱线及其交织规律;使用PS绘制时,各层纱线及其交织规律分别画在不同图层,按织物表里层关系调整图层上下位置。分层叠加法使织物组织绘制过程更加直观、清晰、便捷,有利于帮助设计者对织物的分析、理解和创新。 In order to better analyze and design the fabric structure,a layering overlay method is proposed for the fabrics with the layering relationship of backed weave,sandwich and double layers.According to the spatial relationship between the upper and lower layers of the fabric,the warp and weft yarns of different fabric layers are represented by the dark and light color groups of different shade,and the layers are drawn successively from the lower layer,the interlayer to the upper layer.The drawing method of layering overlay method is introduced with fabric CAD and Photoshop(PS)as application conditions,and the application of this method in fabric structure analysis and design is illustrated.When fabric CAD is used,the inner yarn and its interweaving law,the connecting yarn,the surface yarn and its interweaving law are superimposed from bottom to top.When drawing with PS,each layer of yarn and its interweaving rule are drawn on different layers respectively,and the upper and lower positions of the layers are adjusted according to the relationship between the layers in the fabric surface.Layering and superposition method makes the process of fabric drawing more intuitive,clear and convenient.It is helpful for designers to analyze,understand and innovate fabrics.
