饲喂不同抗应激产品对奶牛免疫应激的影响

摘要 随着养殖观念的提升,牧场逐渐开始重视奶牛免疫预防工作,而免疫对于奶牛的应激非常大,尤其是对于产奶牛的影响更大,直接带来奶量的损失。本试验旨在研究饲喂不同抗应激产品对奶牛免疫后的生产性能的影响。分别选择3座饲养管理相近的牧场进行试验,试验组和对照组牛群泌乳天数、饲养管理一致,试验组牛群饲喂相应的抗应激产品,对照组未处理。A牧场试验组使用的抗应激产品主要成分为黄芪多糖,B牧场试验组使用的抗应激产品主要成分为丙酸铬,C牧场试验组使用的抗应激产品主要成分为有机硒。试验结果显示,奶牛发生免疫应激后,饲喂黄芪多糖组单产较对照组高0.22kg,但对于奶牛免疫应激后缓解单产降低效果不显著,饲喂丙酸铬组单产较对照组高2.13kg,对于降低免疫应激影响效果显著,饲喂有机硒组单产较对照组低0.52kg,对于奶牛免疫应激后缓解单产降低效果不显著。由此可见,在免疫前后5d饲喂丙酸铬10g/(头·d),有助于缓解奶牛免疫应激反应。 With the improvement of the breeding concept,the ranch gradually began to attach importance to the dairy cattle immune prevention,and the immunization has a great impact on the stress of dairy cattle,especially on the production of lactating cattle,which directly brings about the loss of milk.The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of feeding different anti stress products on the production performance of cows after immunization.Three experimental pastures with similar feeding and management were selected respectively.The days of lactation and feeding management of cows in the test group and the control group were the same.The cows in the test group were fed with corresponding anti stress products,but the control group was not fed.Farm A test group used anti stress products(mainly composed of astragalus polysaccharides),Farm B test group used anti stress products(mainly composed of chromium propionate),and Farm C test group used anti stress products(mainly composed of organic selenium).The test results showed that after the cows were immunized,the yield of cows fed with astragalus polysaccharide increased by 0.22kg compared with the control group,and the effect of reducing the yield of cows after immune stress was not significant.The yield of cows fed with chromium propionate increased by 2.13kg compared with the control group,and the effect of reducing the impact of immune stress was significant.The yield of cows fed with organic selenium decreased by 0.52kg compared with the control group,and the effect of reducing the yield of cows after immune stress was not significant.It can be seen that feeding chromium propionate can improve the yield of cows after immunization and help alleviate the immune stress reaction of cows.
