心理战效能评估及指标体系建构

Establishment of an evaluation and index system of physchological warfare effectiveness

针对心理战作战效能和行动效果无法有效评估等问题,开创性建立心理战效能评估三级编码指标体系。采用隐式语义提取和多维用户画像方法,构建基于多任务学习的心理战效能评估模型,从而形成一条有效解决心理战体系作战效能无法客观评估、作战效果无法量化问题的方法路径。

The issue of ineffective evaluation of psychological warfare effectiveness and mission performance is addressed by establishing an innovative three-level coding index system for effectiveness evaluation of psychological warfare.Implicit semantic extraction and multi-dimensional user portrait methods are adopted in this study to build a multi-task learning model of psychological warfare effectiveness.An effective way to overcome the challenges in objectively assessing the effectiveness of psychological warfare systems and quantitatively evaluating the combat results is presented.
