矿用多功能网关设计及实现

摘要 由于不同的接口和协议要求,各种矿用装置之间的数据信息交流很难实现数据共享。因此,需要专用的数据装置来转换各种协议之间的数据。在这方面,互联网关作为一种网络连接设备变得尤为重要。为了实现不同接口之间的数据交换,设计了一款矿用多功能网关。该网关采用i.MX6ULL作为开发平台,具有更高的主频和运行速度,接口也更为丰富,能够很好地解决矿用设备之间不同协议的数据采集困难,并提高矿用设备数据采集的工作效率,从而增强采掘工作的高效化和智能化。 Due to different interface and protocol requirements,it is difficult to achieve data sharing in data exchange between various mining devices.Therefore,dedicated data devices were needed to convert data between various protocols.In this regard,the interconnection gateway became particularly important as a network connection device.In order to achieve data exchange between different interfaces,a mining multifunctional gateway was designed.This gateway adopts i.MX6ULL as a development platform,which has higher main frequency and running speed,and richer interfaces.The data collection difficulties of different protocols between mining equipment can be effectively solved and the efficiency of data collection for mining equipment has been improved.The efficiency and intelligence of mining work has been enhanced.
