稀土微合金化对大变形Cu-2Ag合金组织和性能的影响

Effects of Rare Earth Microalloying on Microstructure and Properties of Cu-2Ag Alloy with Large Deformation Processing

摘要 采用真空感应熔炼、热锻和冷拉拔等工艺制备了大变形量加工的稀土微合金化Cu-2Ag合金线坯,通过显微组织观察、选区成分分析、拉伸性能测试和导电性能测试等研究稀土微合金化对Cu-2Ag大变形量加工合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,较Cu-2Ag合金,大变形量加工至?2.6 mm的Cu-2Ag-0.075Y和Cu-2Ag-0.075La合金试样组织更加细小,且存在尺寸为1~5μm、分布较均匀的富稀土相和富Ag相;相比Cu-2Ag合金,Cu-2Ag-0.075Y和Cu-2Ag-0.075La合金试样抗拉强度和电导率均略微提高,但伸长率略微降低,拉伸断口的韧窝更多、更细、更深。 Rare earth microalloyed Cu-2Ag alloy wirebar with large deformation processing was prepared by vacuum induction melting,hot forging and cold drawing.Effects of rare earth microalloying on microstructure and properties of Cu-2Ag alloy with large deformation processing were investigated by microstructure observation,composition analysis,tensile performance testing,and conductivity testing.The results indicate that the microstructure of Cu-2Ag-0.075Y and Cu-2Ag-0.075La alloy specimens with large deformation processing to?2.6 mm are finer than that of Cu-2Ag alloy,and there exists RE-rich and Ag-rich phases ranging from 1~5μm with uniform distribution.The tensile strength and conductivity of Cu-2Ag-0.075Y and Cu-2Ag-0.075La alloy specimens are slightly increased,while the elongation is slightly reduced compared with those of Cu-2Ag alloy.The dimples on tensile fracture surface exhibits more,finer,and deeper.
