摘要
通过三维激光扫描仪获得庐山石刻的数字模型,为修复工作提供了基础。通过对石刻模型整体情况分析,将石刻缺陷分为轻微磨损、严重磨损和裂缝干扰3类。采用激光扫描技术对这3种缺陷进行扫描,并利用Geomagic Wrap软件对石刻的三维激光扫描点云数据进行模型重构。由于裂纹或磨损导致文字缺失较多,通过模拟石刻加工过程,采用浮雕技术将石刻的拓片转化为三维模型,并最终进行模型拟合。结合3D打印技术,将数字化的三维模型制造成具体的物理模型,验证石刻修复效果。
A three-dimensional laser scanner was utilized to acquire digital models of the stone carvings at Mount Lu,providing an accurate foundation for restoration.Through an analysis of the overall condition of the stone carving models,the defects were classified into three categories:slight wear,severe wear,and crack interference.Laser scanning technology was employed to scan different types of defects,and the Geomagic Wrap software was utilized to reconstruct the three-dimensional point cloud data of the stone carvings obtained from the laser scanning process.considering that significant text losses occurrs due to cracks or wear,a simulation of the stone carving process was conducted.Relief techniques were employed to convert rubbings of the stone carvings into three-dimensional models,which were then fitted into the overall model.By combining 3D printing technology,digitized three-dimensional models were transformed into tangible physical models to validate the effect of the stone carving restoration.
