摘要
教育人才“组团式”帮扶工作开展一年多以来,各项工作稳步推进。受帮扶学校在原有“规范化”管理的基础上,积极践行“精细化”管理,以切实提升办学质量。甘孜州九龙高级中学围绕四个明显提升,推进“四精”管理,从“精准教学管理、精细德育管理、精进专业发展、精心后勤服务”等方面优化管理,提升质量。一年来,学校在教育教学上有了改善,教学成绩逐步提升,德育管理等方式逐步改进,教师教学理念等逐步改变。
Since the"group style"assistance work in the western rural areas has been carried out for over a year,various work has been steadily advancing.On the basis of the original"standardized"management,the school has actively practiced"refined"management to effectively improve the quality of education.Jiulong High School in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture focuses on four obvious improvements and promotes"four refined"management,optimizing management from aspects such as"precise teaching management,fine moral education management,refined professional development,and meticulous logistics services"to improve quality.Over the past year,the school has made improvements in education and teaching,gradually improving teaching performance,improving moral education management and other methods,and gradually changing the teaching philosophy of teachers.
