应用课题研究型品管圈构建基于整合医学理念下癌症患者EMBA心理干预模式

Application of research quality control circle to construct EMBA psychological intervention model for cancer patients based on the concept of integrated medicine

目的运用课题研究型品管圈构建基于整合医学理念下癌症患者EMBA心理干预模式。方法以整合医学理念为基础,以患者为核心,多学科团队做保障,从患者情绪、思想、身体多维度进行干预。结果方案实施后,护理人员理论知识得分(90.23±3.25)分,操作知识得分(88.56±5.74)分,明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者焦虑得分和抑郁得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用课题研究型品管圈构建了基于整合医学理念下癌症患者EMBA心理干预新模式,有效降低了癌症患者负性情绪,促进患者身心健康。

Objective To construct an EMBA psychological intervention model for cancer patients based on the concept of integrated medicine by using research-based quality control circle.Methods Based on the concept of integrated medicine,with patients as the core and multi-disciplinary team as the guarantee,the intervention was carried out from the perspectives of patients'emotions,thoughts and bodies.Results After the implementation,the theoretical knowledge score of the nursing staff was(90.23±3.25),the operational knowledge score was(88.56±5.74),which was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The anxiety score of cancer patients(7.21±1.63)and depression score(7.62±2.83)were significantly lower than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The research quality control circle establish a new model of EMBA psychological intervention for cancer patients based on the concept of integrated medicine,which effectively reduce the negative emotions of cancer patients and promote the physical and mental health of patients.
